Poetic Tribute-

Wyoming Bridge

There it stood an engineering feat,

Many cars and trucks crossed over, it was so neat.

As we all drove by,

You could see through the girders up so high.

At one time there was a farm on one side,

But after many floods, mother nature reclaimed it I deride.

When people crossed nightly,

You could see the stars so brightly.

One day came to pass,

When a better bridge was built to carry en masse.

Time makes us become aware,

That a new bridge will end our cars wear and tear.

Now it is smooth as can be,

But the old Wyoming bridge will be another lasting memory.
