Placido Cole Frankelli, son of Robert and Rachel Frankelli, Bear Creek, is celebrating his second birthday today, March 31. Placido is a grandson of Robert and Patsy Frankelli, Bear Creek; Mary McDonough, Kingston; and Joseph McDonough, Wilkes-Barre. He has two brothers, Mathew, 17, and Antonio, 15.
