Swiatek, Hunlock Creek, and the late Ernest R. and Betty (Louise) Siegel, Wilkes-Barre. He is a great-grandson of the late Joseph and Florence Swiatek and the late William and Grace Dalon. Colin has a brother, Austin, 18.
