Megen E. Stolpe, daughter of Eric and Samantha Stolpe, White Haven, is celebrating her fourth birthday today, Aug. 30. Megen is the granddaughter of Ed Stolpe, Freeland, and Billy and Susan Ackerman, White Haven. She has a brother, Tyler, 5.
