Wake up each morning Monday through April 13 with a free, small, hot coffee at all McDonald’s restaurants. No purchase necessary. But the deal is only good during breakfast hours, which vary depending on the location.

I am always a fan of promoting causes that help some people while also helping to keep cash in my and your pockets. Wendy’s has such a promotion going on right now.

While supplies last, buy a Frosty Key Tag for $1 and you can score a free Jr. Frosty with each purchase all summer long just by showing it. Now that’s a sweet deal and proceeds will go toward the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.

Price Chopper has a nifty coupon on the front of today’s circular that will get you an extra 40 cents off per gallon of gas at participating Sunoco gas stations. Just spend $100 in a single transaction this week and present the coupon and your AdvantEdge card to get the offer.

This week’s winner of a pair of free windshield wipers and a gallon of windshield washing fluid from Will-Eeze Speedy Lube is Nicole DePhillips, 29, of Plains Township. She was randomly selected from all entrants who participated in the contest last week and gets to take her 2013 Nissan Rogue in for some tender loving care. Thanks to all who played.

This week’s freebie comes from Arby’s. They’ve given me some coupons for free Reuben sandwiches to give away to readers. To enter, take a picture of yourself with a Times Leader (or have someone take a picture for you) and email it to me at by 2 p.m. this Tuesday. I will randomly choose the best ones and will mail winners a coupon. Include your name and mailing address in the email with the photo.

If you prefer Twitter instead of email, follow me @TLAndrewSeder and tweet the picture at me with the #stealsanddeals and you’ll also be entered.

As March Madness moves along, even if your team has been eliminated and your bracket busted, Smokey Bones still has all the games on and tasty food and drinks to ease your pain. And stop in soon to pick up a Scratch to Win card. Bring the card back, unscratched, by May 10 and have the manager scratch it to reveal what you’ve won. Could be a trip, restaurant discounts, gift cards or cash. Every card’s a winner, so good luck.

If you are into the organic lifestyle, Weis has several Annie’s products half off this week, including salad dressings, mac and cheese microwavable cups and snack crackers such as my favorite, cheddar bunnies.
