Last week I shared plenty of birthday freebie offers for the adults out there. This week I will share some more plus some offers for the children who also should eat for free when they turn another year older.

More birthday food offers for grown ups:

*Sign up for all the latest news with Applebee’s emails and they will give you a free treat for your birthday. It may be dessert, it may be a free entree with the purchase of another one. Sign up and find out. Go to http://www.applebees.com/about-us/email-sign-up?email=Your+Email

* Chili’s will offer you a free skillet queso and chips with the purchase of any entree when you sign up for their email club. Plus about a week before your birthday you will receive a coupon via email that is good for a free brownie sundae dessert. Sign up at: http://chilis.fbmta.com/forms/chilis/join.aspx?

* Celebrate your birthday with a free Grand Slam at Denny’s. Call your local Denny’s to find out all the details.

* I dig Johnny Rockets’ burgers. I dig them even more when they’re free. Go to the one inside the Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs casino, flash your player’s card and ID and get a free burger when you purchase one. Also at the casino, head to Ben & Jerry’s and flash the same two cards to get a free single scoop of ice cream in a cone or dish and at Rustic Kitchen get a free appetizer or dessert with purchase of any entrée.

And for the wee ones:

* Bob Evans restaurants give children younger than 12 a free meal on their birthdays. Sign up here: https://kids.bobevans.com/birthday.asp

* Burger King also flame broils some birthday meals for kids. Sign up here: http://www.bkcrown.com/Parents/Default.aspx

* Chuck E. Cheese gives kids free tokens when they sign up here: http://www.chuckecheese.com/coupons/register.php

* Sonic rewards adults and children for making it another year. Go here to sign up junior: http://wackypack.kidsbirthdayclub.com

* Toys-R-Us sends kids a card on their birthday with a gift. Register here: http://www.birthdaysrus.com/grownups

* Price Chopper has a baby club and in addition to free vitamins throughout the first year for the little one, he or she gets a free personal cake on their first birthday. Stop in the grocer to sign up. Also, check with other local grocers to see what kind of kid’s clubs they have available.

* Get a free item from the Perkins bakery on your child’s birthday when you sign up here: http://www.perkinsrestaurants.com/kids

* Sign up your newborn to receive a free ticket to a Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey circus. The ticket never expires so bring it along whenever your little one is old enough to fully enjoy the Big Top. Sign up here: http://tinyurl.com/7jk9rsg
