WILKES-BARRE — Michele Garrison has joined the Department of Curriculum Development and Assessment at The Commonwealth Medical College (TCMC) and will serve as the regional education specialist in the south campus. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminology and sociology from Wilkes University and a Master of Science in education with a concentration in school business leadership, also from Wilkes University. Garrison resides in Wilkes-Barre.
