TMG Health announced the appointment of five new directors at the company’s National Operations Center, Jessup.

Caressa Dempsey was promoted to director of claims. She is responsible for developing strategies to enhance the company’s claims administration processes and for developing, implementing and coordinating programs to improve claims processing compliance, communication and training. She joined TMG Health in 2006 and most recently served as a configuration analyst. She holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communication with a focus in public relations from Millersville University.

Holly Kubicki was promoted to director of talent management and engagement. She is responsible for the strategy and day-to-day functions of talent management, organizational development/training programs and enterprise engagement. She joined TMG Health in 2008 and most recently served the company as a human resources consultant in charge of strategic, enterprise-wide projects. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre, and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia.

Matt Malcolm was appointed director of account management. He is responsible for leading a staff of account executives, who are primary points of contact for the company’s clients, in order to maintain client satisfaction and to implement sustainable solutions to ensure the clients’ success. He joined TMG Health in 2012 as director of regulatory affairs, quality assurance and plan management. Prior to that, he served as vice president of sales and marketing at Koehler Bright Star. He holds a master’s degree in organizational management and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Misericordia University, Dallas.

Jim Sloane joined the company as director of CIO services. He is responsible for directing and controlling overall planning, administration and reporting for all information technology services. Prior to joining TMG Health, he served as vice president of information technology at Mannington Mills, Salem, New Jersey, where he was responsible for developing and maintaining the corporation’s technology strategy. He holds a master of business administration degree with a concentration in management from the University of Houston, Texas, and a bachelor’s degree in computing and information sciences with a minor in business administration from Oklahoma State University. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Kimberly Spath joined the company as an account executive. She is responsible for communicating with the company’s clients, managing the clients’ expectations by working closely with operations, sales and technical management to develop and implement sustainable solutions as part of ongoing account performance. Prior to joining TMG Health, she served as client manager for major accounts at Highmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Gregory Wilkins joined the company as director of information technology (IT) collaboration. He is responsible for contributing to the development of operational strategies and for leading several IT functional areas, including the company’s knowledge base, service desk and desktop support. Prior to joining TMG Health, he was employed by the United States Census Bureau where he developed applications for use in census surveys. His has also worked as a sharepoint developer and has developed numerous electronic workflows to streamline daily business processes and convert legacy system data to more current technology.
