The Knights of Lebanon are sponsoring the Yogi Michael annual Middle Eastern Lenten dinner from 3-6:30 p.m. on Friday at St. Anthony’s Maronite Church hall, Park Avenue and Dana Street, Wilkes-Barre. Eat in or take out. Cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children. The dinner will include macroon b’toom (white garlic sauce over homemade bread noodles) and/or m’jundra (lentil, rice and onion dish). All dinners will be served with fattoush (salad with baked bread chips, garlic, lemon and oil dressing and dessert and drinks. Proceeds will benefit the Scholarship Program.
