GAR holds PSSA Challenge

In preparation for the Pennsylvania System of School Assessment Test, seventh- and eighth-grade students at GAR Memorial Junior-Senior High School participated in the PSSA Challenge. The challenge was designed by Joshua Wasielewski, a mathematics teacher at GAR, and involves competitive game-show questioning based on the curriculum from both the math and reading sections of the PSSA exam. The winning teams received a pizza party. Winning teams, seventh grade (above), from left first row, are Malik Burton, Kelly Rivera, Miguel Olea and Benjamin Moody.
