The Dallas Rotary Club, in association with the Dallas Area Fall Fair, Inc., is sponsoring a Wine and Dine Festival from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, at the Luzerne County Fairgrounds, Route 118, Dallas. The festival will feature tastings of the finest wines and specialty foods from the Back Mountain and Endless Mountains areas. A variety of goods will be for sale by local craftsmen and popular area bands will provide musical entertainment. Proceeds will benefit Rotary charities. Tickets are $15 in advance and $25 at the door. Designated drivers will be admitted for a reduced fee of $5.
