The St. Jude chapter of the National Junior Honor Society recently sponsored a spring egg hunt for the students in the pre-kindergarten and kindergarten classes at the school. Members filled hundreds of plastic eggs with treats and hid them in the parish grove adjacent to the school. On a spring day, the younger students were assisted on the egg hunt by the honor society members. Each student claimed a specific number of eggs. The students returned to the classroom after the hunt and the older students helped reveal the goodies in the eggs and read stories. Participants, from left, first row, are Collin Brenner, Caiden Wright, Mia Manoski, Reese Ann Tavella, Camden Brownell and Steven Rowlands. Second row: Adam Mahler, Valerie Soto, Nicholas Ganter, Grace Dacey and Eva Martin. Third row: Gabriella White, Cali Glaser, Emily Conway, Claire Pugh, Jacob Hunsinger and Wyatt Dane.
