Queens Council plans Red Hat Day celebration

The Wilkes-Barre area Queens Council is holding its ninth annual National Red Hat Day at noon on April 18 at the Genetti Hotel and Conference Center, Wilkes-Barre. Cost for the luncheon is $20 and the deadline for reservations in April 1. There will be door prizes, vendors and entertainment. All Red Hatters and their female guests are invited.
