WILKES-BARRE TWP. – Township police are investigating a stabbing at a Company Row home this evening.

Police Capt. Will Clark said an adult male was stabbed during an argument at 6 Company Row. Company Row is a small street adjacent to the former Valley Lumber (previously Wicke’s Lumber) on Blackman Street.

Clark said just before 6 p.m. that police were trying to ascertain what happened and the whereabouts of the individual who did the stabbing.

Trans-Med Ambulance personnel accompanied the victim as he walked to the ambulance and climbed inside before he was taken to a hospital.

Clark said the victim’s injury was not life-threatening.

Police and EMS were dispatched to the scene just after 5:30 p.m.
