YORK, Pa. (AP) — Authorities say they found a camouflage mask and a state police ID and badge in the vehicle of the retired state trooper who police say shot and killed two people before he himself was killed during a robbery at a Pennsylvania Turnpike toll plaza.

PennLive.com (http://bit.ly/1ROmEsR ) reports that live rounds of ammunition, binoculars and gloves were also found in the 2004 BMW belonging to 55-year-old Clarence Briggs.

Authorities said the retired state trooper shot and killed 55-year-old toll collector Danny Crouse and 71-year-old security guard Ronald Heist on March 20 at the Fort Littleton exchange before he was killed died in a shootout with troopers as he loaded money into his car.

A search warrant executed at Briggs’ Upper Mifflin Township home last week recovered computer equipment and bankruptcy papers.
