Students, faculty and staff with the Departments of Nursing and Occupational Therapy at Misericordia University recently participated in the seventh annual Out of the Darkness Community Walk at Kirby Park in Wilkes-Barre. The three-mile walk benefited the Greater Northeast Pennsylvania chapter of the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention, which delivers innovative prevention programs.
