Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania (FSA of NEPA) and the NEPA Rainbow Alliance are hosting the fourth annual National Family Week Conference, ‘LGBTQA United Together-Individuals, Families and Communities,’ which focuses on lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender (LGBT) individuals and their families on Nov. 15 at the Genetti Hotel and Conference Center, 77 E. Market St., Wilkes Barre. The conference will provide education and information on how to access programs and services. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. and the pening session will start at 8:45 a.m. Keynote luncheon speaker will be Liz Bradbury, executive director, PA Diversity Network. Exhibitors will be available throughout the day with information and one-on-one networking. A registration form is available on the FSA of NEPA website at www.fsanepa.org and the Help Line website at www.helpline-nepa.org Reservations are required and the event is open to the public. Cost for the conference is $15 per person, $10 for full-time students and includes a continental breakfast and lunch. The NEPA Rainbow Alliance will sponsor a cocktail mixer at Oyster following the conference.
