WILKES-BARRE — A Newport Township man was taken to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility after being found in Wilkes-Barre.
According to police, officers responded to an alarm at the Anthracite Cafe at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday. They found found Brian Dickinson, 34, of the Glen Lyon section of Newport Township, with Suboxone in his car.
He was taken to the prison after it was discovered he was wanted by the Luzerne County Sheriff’s Department.
