Meredith Ann DeMark and Daniel Tal Millard, together with their families, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Noreen DeMark and the late David DeMark, Exeter. Maternal grandparents are the late John and Ella Tobin, Avoca. Paternal grandparents are John and Dolores Seman, Wyoming, and the late Carmen DeMark.
The prospective groom is the son of Michael and Cecilia Millard, Northbrook, Illinois. Maternal grandparents are Cecilia Degwitz and the late Oswaldo Degwitz, Valencia, Venezuela. Paternal grandparents are Erma Millard and the late Warren Millard, Ontonagon, Michigan.
Meredith is a 2007 graduate of Wyoming Area High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Elizabethtown College in 2011. She graduated from Widener Law School in 2014. She is employed as an associate staff counsel by the Pennsylvania State Education Association, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Daniel is a 2004 graduate of Glenbrook North High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He recently passed the professional engineer exam. He is employed as an estimator by Wohlsen Construction, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
The couple will exchange vows in June at the Pennsylvania State Capitol in Harrisburg.
