Amy Lee Ticer and John C. Foster III, together with their families, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Gary and Ileen Greene, Baldwin, Maryland. She is the granddaughter of Letha Ticer, Forest Hill, Maryland, and the late Lloyd Ticer and the late Howard and Gladys Greene.
The prospective groom is the son of John and Joan Foster, Harveys Lake, Pennsylvania. He is the grandson of Joan Smith, Dallas, Pennsylvania, and the late Frank Smith and the late John and Marguerite Foster.
Amy is a graduate of Maryvale Preparatory School, Gettysburg College and the University of Baltimore School of Law. She is an associate attorney at Bonner Kiernan Trebach & Crociata, LLP in Washington, D.C.
John is a graduate of Bishop Hoban High School, Shippensburg University, Texas A&M University and the University of Maryland, University College. He is employed at the Pentagon as a contractor with the Department of Defense.
The couple will exchange vows April 25, 2015, at the Inn at Leola Village, Leola, Pennsylvania.
