Great Monroe County Snipe Hunt, a 24-hour birding adventure in which teams vie for the most points to win the coveted Snipe Hunt Trophy. Each bird species is given a point value, the rarer the bird the greater its worth. Begins tonight at 5 and ends Saturday at 5 p.m. with a pizza party. Fall Photography Weekend, with Del Morgan, a fine-art photographer who draws his artistic passion from nature. Pocono Environmental Education Center, 538 Emery Road, Dingmans Ferry. Begins tonight at 6 and runs through Sunday afternoon. $195 includes lodging and meals. Reservations: 828-2319.
