SAYLORSBURG, Pa. (AP) — Police have filed criminal homicide and other charges against the owner of a home whose yard was dug up earlier this month by police investigating the 2013 disappearance of an eastern Pennsylvania woman.

Online court records show 49-year-old Michael Horvath was arraigned early Thursday on charges filed by state police.

Police had previously told the mother of Holly Grim, the missing 41-year-old Lehigh County woman, that the search may be connected to her disappearance.

Lt. Joseph Sokolofski says Grim was a coworker of a man who lived in the Monroe County home where state troopers spent nine days digging in the yard.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for Horvath, who is jailed without bond.

Monroe County prosecutors plan an 11 a.m. news conference.
