    Helen D. Urbanas, 94, of Scureman Street, Lyndwood section of Hanover
   
Township, died Monday at the Mercy Hospital, Wilkes-BarreBorn Aug. 5, 1901,
in Plymouth, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Mary Slauzis.
   
She resided in Lyndwood for most of her life and attended Plymouth and
Larksville schools.
   
She was a member of St. Casimir’s Church, Lyndwood, and past president and
member of its St. Ann’s Society for many years. She was also a member of its
Christian Mothers and the Altar & Rosary Society.
   
She and her late husband, John, owned and operated the Economy Grocery
Store, Scureman Street, Lyndwood, for many years.
   
She was preceded in death by her husband, John, in 1967; a daughter, Mary
Ann Urbanas, in 1992.
   
Surviving are a daughter, Gertrude Urbanas, with whom she resided; a son,
Dr. Daniel J., Kingston; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; several
nieces and nephews.
   
Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. Friday from the S.J. Grontkowski
Funeral Home, 530 W. Main St., Plymouth, with a Mass of Christian Burial at
10:30 a.m. in St. Casimir’s Church.
   
Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Muhlenburg.
   
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
   
A prayer service will be held on Thursday.
