A construction crew works on paving a section of the James F. Conahan Intermodal Transportation Center on South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre on Tuesday afternoon. Officials with the Luzerne County Transportation Authority advised that the paving will continue today and, while LCTA buses will still use the facility for scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs, some buses may not be parked in their regularly assigned stalls and gates. Passengers should look for LCTA personnel for direction as to where their buses are located.
