HANOVER TWP. — Township police arrested two suspects at an Oaklawn Avenue residence two weeks ago.

Justin Moore, 20, and Hannah Voyton, 21, both of Hanover Township, were arraigned on Sunday after officers were called to their residence on Oct. 11 for a domestic disturbance.

According to the Hanover Township Police Department Facebook page:

Officers responded to Oaklawn Avenue around 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 11 for a reported domestic incident in progress.

Once there, police discovered plastic bags of marijuana along with some packaging materials.

The Hanover Township Narcotics Unit and the Luzerne County Drug Task Force were dispatched to the residence, and additional amounts of marijuana were found, along with more packaging material, two digital scales and $2,000 in cash.

Arrest warrants were obtained for both Moore and Voyton, who were arraigned in front of Magisterial District Judge Alexandra Kokura Kravitz on Sunday afternoon.

Both suspects were charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, along with additional misdemeanor possession charges.

Bail was set at $25,000 for Moore and 10% of $25,000 for Voyton. Both subjects were taken to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility, and a Pennsylvania State Police parole detainer was placed on Moore.
