Anthony A. Augustyniak, 79, of Cotton Road, Levittown, died Saturday in
LevittownBorn in Ashley, he was the son of the late Adam and Mary Wasiolek
Augustyniak.
He resided in Chicopee, Mass., prior to moving to Levittown in 1957.
He was employed by the federal government for 30 years.
He was a charter member of Lodge 1849, Benevolent and Protective Order of
Elks, Chicopee.
He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Henrietta Glowacki, of
Nanticoke; sister, Jenny Czajkowski, Ashley.
Surviving are children, Lt. Col. Daniel, United States Air Force retired,
San Antonio; Carol Carroll, Pineville; sister, Sophie Gonney Potochney,
Nanticoke; John, Williston Park, N.Y.; Henry, Beach Haven, N.J.; Joseph,
Benton Harbor, Mich.; Walter, Bonneghat, N.J.; seven grandchildren; six
great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Tuesday in the Queen of the Universe
Church, 2443 Trenton Road, Levittown.
Interment was in the Shrine of Czestochowa Cemetery, Doylestown.

Association, 100 N. 17th St., Philadelphia, 19103.
