Agnes Halloway

Agnes D. Halloway of North Main Street, Fairview Township, died Tuesday at
the
Mercy Health Care Center, Newport Township, where she had been a patient
for the last two weeksBorn in Ashley, she was a daughter of the late Joseph
and Mary Henicheck Yenchak.
She was a graduate of Ashley High School.
She had been employed for several years as a lace machine operator by
Herman Funke and Sons Embroidery, Ashley.
She was a resident of Mountaintop for 48 years.
She was a member of Holy Transfiguration Ukrainian Catholic Church, Hanover
section of Nanticoke.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas Halloway, on Aug. 5,
1985; brother, Joseph Yenchak.
Surviving are sisters, Margaret Partilla and Mary Gush, both of Ashley;
nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; six great-great-nieces and
nephews.
