WILKES-BARRE — A juvenile detention hearing to determine if a 15-year-old
boy accused of an arson fire should be released to his parents is scheduled
for this morning.
   
Brad Miller, 15, of Dallas, is charged with three counts of arson and
related offenses for the Jan. 10 fire in a restroom at the Dallas Senior High
School.
    Judge Mark Ciavarella will hold a detention hearing at 10 a.m. today to
determine if Miller should remain in the Luzerne County Juvenile Detention
Center, where he has been held since his arrest Monday.
