WILKES-BARRE — A Wilkes-Barre man is facing charges after police say he threatened to stab a woman.

Police responded to a home on Woodside Drive at 11:19 a.m. Saturday for reports of a domestic incident.

Police say that Alfred Pinnino, 34, came to the residence under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He allegedly proceeded to to threaten to stab a 37-year-old woman at the property.

Pinnino fled the scene on food when police arrived, but he called 911 shortly after, requesting police assistance in removing his property from the residence.

When officers arrived on scene the second time, Pinnino was taken into custody.

He was charged with making terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
