West Pittston police arrested Harley Davidson Johnson on Sunday after he was found sleeping in a laundromat on Wyoming Avenue from which money was missing.

Johnson, no address, entered before the business closed and stayed from approximately 9:50 p.m. Saturday to 7 a.m. Sunday, leaving several times through a propped-open door.

He was released from prison Thursday and was on probation for criminal mischief, loitering, prowling at night and other charges. Police charged him with burglary, criminal trespass and theft. He was arraigned and placed in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $10,000 bail.
