It’s shaping up to be a beautiful day in the Wyoming Valley.
The National Weather Service indicated that it was 38 degrees as of 7:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport. It was a bright morning commute, as there were hardly any clouds in the sky.
Temperatures will warm to the high 50s today with sunny skies. It will be a breezy day with winds anywhere from 11 to 21 miles per hour. The winds will die down tonight under partly cloudy skies. Tonight’s low will drop to about 32 degrees.
Partly sunny skies are expected throughout the day on Friday, with a chance of rain after 5 p.m. Tomorrow’s high will reach the mid 60s.
