Police are looking for a mid-2000s model white Jeep Grand Cherokee that struck a construction worker Thursday at approximately 7:25 a.m. on South Main Street, Ashley.

Police said the Jeep was traveling south on the roadway and possibly driven by an older white woman with blond hair.

The Jeep might have a hanging or missing passenger side mirror.

The Jeep was last seen traveling toward the Hanover Township Industrial Park.

Anyone with information about the hit-and-run is asked to contact the Ashley Borough Police Department at 570-822-6995 or Luzerne County 911.
