It looks like another week of sunshine is upon us — but it’s probably a good idea to have the rain gear nearby.
The National Weather Service indicated that it was 60 degrees as of 7:54 a.m. Patchy fog can be found in some areas, but otherwise, clear blue skies are creating the perfect note to start the week on.
Mostly sunny skies are expected today, but there will be a chance for showers and thunderstorms after 5 p.m. Less than a tenth of an inch of rain is possible, but more rain could fall in thunderstorms. Today’s high will reach the mid 80s.
The chance of showers and thunderstorms will carry on up until midnight tonight, followed by a slight chance of showers overnight. Cloudy skies are predicted otherwise, with a low in the mid 60s.
Mostly sunny skies return on Tuesday, with a high in the upper 80s. Partly cloudy skies will return on Tuesday night, with a chance for showers and thunderstorms after 9 p.m. Less than a tenth of an inch of rain is expected. Tuesday night’s low will be in the mid 60s.
There will also be a chance for showers and thunderstorms on Wednesday and Wednesday night. Wednesday’s high will be in the lower 80s, and Wednesday night’s low will be in the mid 60s.
