The center, which sells licenses for bingo, small games of chance, hunting, fishing, sportsmen's firearms and dogs, was relocated from the county Treasurer's Office in the county courthouse effective Tuesday. Information on licensing is available at www.LuzerneCounty.org. County residents can still obtain dog licenses online at www.padoglicense.com using a debit/vredit card or electronic check.
