EDWARDSVILLE — Police in Edwardsville and Kingston arrested Thomas Jamel Trannell, 29, of Staten Island, on an arrest warrant from New York City for armed robbery.
Trannell was apprehended when he was found inside a residence on Herman Street just after 12 a.m. Thursday.
Authorities allege Trannell initially used another name to identify himself.
Trannell was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
