The Hope Center of the Wyoming Valley, 207-209 Main St., Luzerne, is an all-volunteer ministry dedicated to provide free health services to the uninsured and under-insured. The center director, Ron Hillard, notes the clinic offers free medical, legal and dental services from 6 t0 8 p.m. on Mondays. Free audiology and Rx assistance is offered from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesdays; and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursdays free medical, vision and chiropractic services are available. In the fall, the Hope Center will be offering free physical and occupational therapy through a cooperative agreement with Misericoridia University.
