A federal jury in the trial of former Luzerne County deputy sheriff Jennifer Roberts have found in favor of the defendants determining former sheriff Barry Stankus and deputy chief Ryan Foy did not violate her constitutional rights.

Roberts filed suit against Stankus, Foy and Luzerne County claiming Foy video taped her taking a decontamination shower after being infested with fleas while serving a warrant at a home in Wilkes-Barre in 2007.
