A.J. Barbaria and Lexi Soifer of Wyoming Seminary watch a touch football game on the campus green Tuesday afternoon as they relax under a shade tree — an ideal spot to enjoy temperatures that climbed into the upper 80s in Kingston and other parts of Luzerne County. The summer-like weather is forecast to remain with us today and Thursday, with thunderstorms possible as highs continue in the mid- to upper 80s. Things will cool down a bit for the weekend, with highs in the mid- to high 60s, but the threat of showers disappears and sweet sunshine is in store for us. For the forecast, see Page 14A.
