Sirens wailed Saturday out of celebration for the Hanover Township Fire Department’s centennial. Fire trucks, like this Ward LaFrance engine retired from Newport Township, rolled along a parade route that ended at the Breslau Fire Station No. 5. The department is making plans for its second century in operation by building a new station next year along the Sans Souci Parkway.
