WILKES-BARRE — Summer passes are available for students to ride Luzerne County Transportation Authority (LCTA) buses.

The passes provide an opportunity for students to go to the mall, the movies, bookstores, or even to Frances Slocum Park to swim, fish, bike, hike or picnic. The passes are valid from June 1 to August 31, and are for students up to and including the age of 18. The passes cost $20.

Students that have graduated from high school and taking summer courses at Luzerne County Community College are also able to get the passes.

Tickets can be bought online at LCTA’s website. For more information, contact LCTA at (570) 288-8420.
