DALLAS — In order to address questions and concerns of residents of the 117th Legislative District, state Rep. Karen Boback, R-Harveys Lake, has announced her satellite hours and outreach events for the month of September.

A member of Boback’s staff will be available from 10 a.m. until noon at the following locations unless otherwise noted:

• Tuesday at the Mehoopany Township Municipal Building, 237 Schoolhouse Road, and then 1 to 3 p.m. at the Meshoppen Borough Building, at the intersection of Canal Street and Route 267.

• Sept. 8 at the Hunlock Township Building, 33 Village Drive.

• Sept. 9 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Falls Senior Center, 2813 Sullivan’s Trail, Falls section of Exeter Township. (Center closes at 11 a.m.)

• Sept. 10 at the Factoryville Borough Building, 161 College Ave.

• Sept. 15 at the Benton Township Community Center, 16043 Route 407, Fleetville section of Benton Township.

• Sept. 16 at the Sweet Valley Church of Christ Multipurpose Building Office, 5439 Main Road, Sweet Valley.

• Sept. 22 at the Laceyville Borough Building, 342 Church St., Laceyville.

In an effort to address federal issues across Boback’s 117 Legislative District, U.S. Rep. Lou Barletta, R-Hazleton, hosts a monthly casework day at Boback’s district office in Dallas, 1108 Twin Stacks Drive.

Patrick Rogan, a caseworker for Barletta, will be available from 10 a.m. to noon on Friday, Sept. 4, to help constituents having problems with federal agencies and programs. Constituents are encouraged to bring documents they have received from federal agencies related to their issues.
