WILKES-BARRE — A city police officer investigating a hit-and-run crash that occurred around 10:46 p.m. on Saturday in the area of Hazle Street and Wilkes-Barre Boulevard reported finding the driver of the vehicle in the incident.
Kristopher Beckhorn, 23, of Plymouth, has been identified as the driver of the vehicle that fled the scene of the crash, police said Tuesday.
Beckhorn was reportedly interviewed and admitted to the allegation. Charges were filed in district court.
