WILKES-BARRE — City police reported Tuesday that Chay T. Wright of 51 Rutter St., Hanover Twp., was arrested following an investigation launched by both the Wilkes-Barre City Police Anti-Crime Unit and the Pennsylvania State Police Troop P Vice Unit in the area of South Main Street.
According to the report, Wright was found to be in possession of crack cocaine packaged for delivery and was taken into custody and arraigned on on a felony charge of drug trafficking and other related charges.
Police said they were able to continue the investigation into other suspects listed at the Hanover Twp. address and confiscated additional amounts of narcotics and money obtained from their sale.
