WILKES-BARRE — City police said disorderly conduct charges were filed against three city residents for their actions while emergency workers were responding to an unresponsive person on Sambourne Street around 8:30 p.m. Saturday: Reginald L. Redfearn, 34; Larissa Perry, 23; and Gregory Knoble, 32.

According to police:

Redfearn repeatedly tried to interfere and refused to comply with officers’ orders to move away while emergency workers were tending to an unresponsive person. He resisted when police tried to take him into custody, prompting officers to deploy repeated Taser applications.

Shortly after his arrest, Knoble became involved and threatened to assault officers who arrested Redfearn, police said.

Perry was disruptive and refused to disperse during the entire incident, police said.
