WILKES-BARRE — David Bronsburg, 24, of Wyoming Street, was arrested after police observed him allegedly urinating in public while intoxicated.

Police on patrol said they saw Bronsburg in the area of North Main Street shortly before 1 a.m. on Sunday. After allegedly “urinating in full public view” on a building, Bronsburg allegedly attempted to leave the area when he was approached by police.

Police say Bronsburg continued to physically resist officers, but was eventually taken into custody.

Police charged Bronsburg with open lewdness, resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Bronsburg was released to a sober individual after he was processed at police headquarters.
