It’s shaping up to be a quiet week in the Wyoming Valley, with sunny skies and fall-like temperatures expected throughout the week.

The National Weather Service indicated that it was 26 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, with fair skies kicking off the day.

Sunny skies are expected today, with a high near 50. Mostly clear skies will follow into tonight, with a low around 37.

Partly sunny skies are predicted for Tuesday, with a high near 65. Mostly cloudy will follow on Tuesday night, with a low around 48.

Mostly sunny skies are predicted for Wednesday, with a high near 68. Mostly cloudy skies will carry over into Wednesday night, with a low around 47.
