WILKES-BARRE — Police are searching for a man accused of retail theft that happened on Thursday.
Police say that the manager of the store at 404 South Main Street reported that an unknown black man entered the store at 1:18 p.m. After walking around for a short period of time, the man took a Polaroid Bluetooth tower speaker off the shelf and allegedly left without paying for it.
The man left the area in an older model blue sedan.
Anyone with information or who can identify the suspect is asked to contact the Wilkes-Barre Police Department, or Officer Novackowski, at 570-208-4129.
