WILKES-BARRE — A Wilkes-Barre man faces a public drunkenness charge after he was found staggering down the middle of a road, according to police.

According to a police report:

Brian Hock, 54, was in the middle of Bowman Street when police found him. Hock, of Laurel Street, was arrested and transported to the police station.

He was cited and held until sober.
