Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Some heavy congestion is reported on Route 315 in the area of East Main Street, as well as Route 115 in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.

The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of traffic congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.

Kidder Street is reporting scattered traffic congestion near the Wyoming Valley Mall.

Downtown, scattered areas of congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre / South Wilkes-Barre boulevards, as well as on Academy and Hazle streets. Scattered areas of minor congestion are also reported on North and South River streets.

In Kingston, scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.
