KINGSTON — Two men face charges after a traffic stop last week.

Officer Ryan Mahovich stopped a vehicle on James Street on Jan. 28 after seeing the vehicle traveling on Wyoming Avenue with an alleged equipment violation.

Police identified the driver as identified as Bronwyn Perrins, 21, of Hanover Township, and a passenger as Stanley Wilushewski, 37, also of Hanover Township.

Perrins was charged in District Court 11-1-05 with possession of small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Wilushewski was wanted by the Luzerne County Sheriff and he was jailed at the Luzerne County prison. Wilushewski was also charged with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
